Marigold at her very first show, The United Retriever Club where she came a very respecable reserve place.

Marigold, sister to Albert is the special girl we decided to keep from our "heart" litter, an Annie X Titus baby.

She was the one who kept drawing our eyes when she was with her litter mates. The one who would be in the middle of all the action. The one who would cause mischief and she was the one who had that extra little bit of sparkle, our "Happy Heart."

Life to Marigold is pure 100% fun!

Marigold is a very loving girl and very much her brother Albert's best friend. If she's wandered off in the garden then all we have to do is to call Albert and she'll coming running behind him not wanting to miss out.

I'm sure they are joined at the hip, because their sibling bond is so close.

Out and about Marigold is a confident soul and is happy to make friends with anyone especially dogs, big or small.

Sadly because of covid-19 all the dog shows in the UK were cancelled in 2020 and much into 2021 so like many other promising youngsters she missed all of her puppy career and many of her junior classes too.

However it's not stopped us from having fun. She's attended beginners obedience and graduated in style and is now learning some gundog training which she really enjoys. It's so lovely to see that natural working ability and retrieving instinct in her.

From the few shows she has attended during 2021 she has been placed at all of them.

Topping the results off she qualified for Crufts 2022 at Richmond Championship Show so we are more than proud of our little "Happy Heart"
