Our lovely Betty or to give her, her posh name Elizabeth Jane is an absolute joy to live with.
She is daughter of our handsome Bernie and beautiful Amy from their second litter. Although we had no intention of Betty being the one who stayed with us she made it very hard not to choose her. She was the one who our eyes were always drawn too, the one who would wait her turn for the love and attention and the one who had that little bit of cheeky sparkle in her eyes. We would sit quietly and watch the puppies but it was Betty who had that 'look at me' attitude with her head held high and her cheeky little character.
Betty is very much like her daddy Bernie in all her ways. She is very athletic and likes nothing better than to get some freedom and go 'off lead'. She is a very loving and affectionate dog and likes to just sit down next to you on the sofa and chill out whilst we watch the television. On show days it's a case of who can get to the car first ;) The excitement she shows is also seen when she is in the ring. She loves all of the attention but she really makes her mark in the ring with her effortless movement. I call her my little rocket as she powers around the ring with very little effort. Now coming up to 2 years old she is starting to mature into a beautiful young lady and we cannot wait to see what the future will bring for us.
